Set-up time is anytime on Friday. You will be directed where to park. You are NOT allowed to take your vehicle to the campsite and then move your vehicle out...you will need to carry your equipment in (a wagon is useful if you have one). Pack 28 will be located at Subcamp 1 sites 1 - 4 (this is located just north of the mechanical pull ring...where the really loud tractors are at the fair!).
Vendors will be on-site for food, and we will provide the following menu:
Friday Night Cracker Barrel night - cheese, crackers, pepperoni
Saturday Breakfast - pancakes, sausage, cereal, breakfast bars, fruit
Saturday Lunch - hotdogs w/sauerkraut/chili, baked beans, pb&j, chips
Saturday Dinner - pulled pork/chicken sandwiches, salad, mac & cheese, green beans and corn
Sunday Breakfast - egg sandwiches, ziplock bag omelets, bacon, Canadian bacon
Coffee, hot water, bug juice and/or Gatorade, and cold water will be available all day.
Toilet facilities consist of port-o-potties. We will have a water spigot in our subcamp but there is no running water per se. We will have dishwashing stations and must collect our grey water for disposal in a tank (no dumping on the ground).

This year, the District Scout Show will be taking place in our very own backyard...at the Hebron Lions Fairgrounds! This is a Family Camping event, including Demos, Vendors, a Live Band, a Laser Light Show and much more!! Save the dates of June 1 - 3! You won't want to miss this!
